At IYYANSOFT TECHNOLOGIES, operating Ticketshub platforms at www.ticketshub.pro and www.ticketshub.in, we aim to provide a seamless ticketing experience for event organizers and participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ticket purchases may be refunded.
In the event of an event cancellation by the organizer, Ticketshub will initiate a refund for the ticket base price to the ticket buyer.
Ticketshub will not refund any non-refundable fees, including but not limited to platform fees, ticket processing fees, and transaction fees.
A cancellation fee may be charged to the event organizer as per our agreement.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of event cancellation confirmation.
If a participant chooses to withdraw from an event after purchasing a ticket, they may be eligible for a partial refund based on the organizer's refund policy.
Ticketshub will refund only the ticket base price after deducting payment gateway fees and processing fees. The platform fee, ticket processing fee, and transaction fee are non-refundable.
Refunds for participant withdrawal will be initiated only upon request and approval by the event organizer.
The participant must contact the event organizer directly to request a refund.
Event organizers are fully responsible for managing refund requests related to their events, including refunding the ticket base price for event cancellations or participant withdrawals
Ticketshub is not responsible for event-specific refund policies or any disputes between the event organizer and participants regarding refunds
Ticketshub charges non-refundable platform fees, ticket processing fees, and transaction fees on top of the event ticket base price.
These fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the event is canceled or the participant withdraws from the event.
Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation of event cancellation or withdrawal by the participant.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
No refunds will be issued once an event has been completed, except in cases where the event was canceled after the purchase was made.
